Panas Empanadas

Slow roasted pork, Cuban style. It all starts with our secret rub to infuse the pork with flavor. We roast the pork slowly for several hours. We then add the rest of the ingredients and fill the empanadas with this delicious Cuban inspired recipe. Sabroso!

Ingredients: Pork, shoulders; Onions, fresh; Parsley, fresh; Canola oil, for cooking; Garlic, fresh; Bay leaves; Dry oregano; Orange Juice, fresh; Lime Juice, fresh; Sea Salt; Black Pepper; Cumin, ground.
